Understand the task and environment
Assessment may include observation, discussion and selected formal or informal tools.
Build and review a plan
Therapy, environmental changes, coaching, resources or equipment may be used to work towards agreed goals.
Funding and referrals
NDIS
Play & Thrive Collective is an independent, unregistered NDIS provider and accepts self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients.
Medicare
Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan referrals are accepted. Full payment is required at the appointment, after which the applicable partial Medicare rebate can be processed.
Suitability, fees and current availability are discussed before services commence.
